Your information

We collect client information directly from our customers and from our “Partners” in order to process their enquiries and travel bookings. Our “Partners” client information belongs to them, but is passed on to us in order to facilitate the holiday.

There is certain information we must obtain in order to facilitate the holiday or enquiry, these include: names, date of birth, address, contact details, special requirements etc.

For the purpose of arranging the holiday we must share any relevant information with our suppliers in order to fulfil the holiday. We will not pass any information to anyone not involved in the organisation of the holiday or any other 3rd party.

We store this information securely on Capsule CRM and Xero Accounting. Any information sent to us by email is kept securely on G Suite enabled with 2 step verification.

Anyone is entitled to a copy of the information we hold on them. If you would like a copy of the information we hold, please contact Edward Burke (data controller) on 01865 686 470 or ed@hemispheretravelgroup.com.

Marketing

For existing customers and those who have contacted us with a specific holiday enquiry, we may occasionally get in touch via email or telephone with travel information and travel ideas we believe will be of legitimate interest. Customers are free to opt out of receiving this information at any time, by contacting Edward Burke or unsubscribing to any emails sent. We will not send marketing materials to our partners' clients without their consent.

For all new personal information we receive after 25th May 2018 we will obtain consent to stay in touch.
