FINANCIAL PROTECTION
100% Financial Protection on all our holidays is at the core of what we do. We believe the right (and only) way to do this is through an independently supervised client monies trust account. Payment for all our holidays are made into a Trust Account, supervised by the Travel Trust Association (TTA).
SUPPORT
We provide an extra level of support and protection to our partners by managing the back office systems. We receive client payments into our trust account and monitor the operation of the holiday from start to finish. We ensure suppliers are paid, insurances issued and guarantee the exchange rates. Our systems ensure nothing slips through the net and we are on hand if our partners are not contactable for any reason.
