An accidental safari to Botswana in 1996 kindled Kath and Leigh’s passion for safaris. Ten years ago another accidental meeting presented Kath with the opportunity to work as a safari tour operator specialising in personalised luxury safaris to southern Africa.

Now after almost three decades arranging safari holidays, Kath and Leigh have established SafariCo, continuing to do what they love – create inspiring itineraries.

Leigh brings with him a career in international business, and an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things safari. Kath’s loyal following of clients are primarily British and American – discerning and well-travelled. Many are keen photographers and some of their stunning images add impact to their website. Whatever the reason for travel, they love creating captivating trips to suit every budget using their expertise and experience.
